The Rocky Point Rally features an in-town Charity Rocky Point Poker Run with all proceeds for local charities!

Jul 28, 2015 The rules about “charity poker nights apply to a broader swath of nonprofits than those ordinarily considered charities; that is, 501(c)(3) organizations and the California Revenue & Taxation Code equivalent, section 23701. The larger group of eligible nonprofits includes, for example: labor unions, fraternal orders and organizations. We've all done it. Signed up for a poker run, get three cards in and have a crap hand and lose all enthusiasm for the remainder of the ride. Now, honestly if you sign up for a charity poker run with the expectation of winning and coming out ahead, then you're probably doing it for the wrong reason. Cruise the Charity Mystery Condo Poker Run to help the Mexico Children’s Foundation They’re coming. You can hear them on the streets of town. Little by little, the take over has begun. This week the 15th Annual Rocky Point Rally will see bikers from as far away as Canada partying like rock stars all over the streets of Rocky Point. At present, 65 boats are registered for the July 16-18 poker run on the St. Lawrence River between the United States and Canada. $18.00 per person includes poker hand and raffle ticket Top 5 prizes awarded between 3-4 p.m. Last bike out for the Poker Run at 11:00 a.m. From Mt Hood Polaris The Poker Run will be a scenic tour of East Clackamas and Multnomah Counties visiting 5 rural fire stations. The end of the ride will be at the Sandy Chamber Garden.

  • 9:00–10:30am – Arrive at Birchpoint Marina, launch boats, driver and crew check in and pick up bag lunches.
  • 11:00 am – Depart Birchpoint for Bobcaygeon Lock #32
  • 11:20 am – Arrive at Bobcaygeon locks, passage through the locks in two lifts on average of 30 mins apart. 1st group through will stage on other side of the locks and wait for second group.
  • 12:20 pm – Depart Pidgeon Lake for Bridgenorth
  • 12:45 pm – Arrive at Bridgenorth for Lunch stop on the water.
  • 1:30 pm – Depart for Chemong lake
  • 2:00 pm – Depart Gannons Narrows for Buckhorn
  • 3:00 pm – Arrive at Buckhorn
  • 3:15 pm – Depart Buckhorn, for Bobcaygeon
  • 3:45 pm – Arrive at Bobcaygeon
  • 4:00 pm – Depart Bobcaygeon for Fenelon Falls.
  • 4:30 pm – Depart Fenelon Falls return to Birchpoint Marina
  • 4:45 pm – Arrive at Birchpoint, Runs is concluded, load boats, safe travels!

Due to current covid restrictions in place there will be no auction and awards dinner, just safe and socially distant boating with bag lunches.
